Jurisdiction Register:
Michel de Klerk has registered the following main (and sub) jurisdictions in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Netherlands Bar Association:
- General practice: Criminal law
- Personal and family law: Youth protection law
- Psychiatric patient right
- Criminal law: Juvenile criminal law, Fin. Econ. Criminal law, TBS, extradition and surrender cases.
Based on this registration, Michel de Klerk is obliged to obtain ten training points in each registered main legal area, according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.

Based on this registration Michel de Klerk is required to obtain ten trainingpoints per calender year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
